After the UMSAT Show join your fellow divers and shipwreck enthusiasts to socialize and honor the year 2012 GLSPS Award Program Winners:

C. Patrick Labadie previously Director of the Duluth Marine Museum and currently of Thunder Bay National Maritime Sanctuary was awarded the GLSPS Special Acknowledgement Award

After the Award was presented, an announcement was made that this award was renamed the C. Patrick Labadie Special Acknowledgement Award after a Maritime History's most dynamic historian.


 

 

The dinner was from 7:30 PM- 10:30 PM in the St. Croix Ballroom with a cocktails and reception starting a 7:00 PM.

 

Our guest speaker was an interesting and dynamic speaker Bret Gilliam who spun some humorous yarns from his lengthy career in the diving industry. As promised the evening was filled with laughter and great stories. We thoroughly enjoyed Bret's encore presentation.
