Report
The above projects were
performed and completed by volunteers from the GLSPS. The projects came
from an idea in someone's mind then transformed into something great by
developing a plan. Then after a meeting and approval of the GLSPS
Board of Directors, it became reality as a future project. The person
with the idea typically becomes the "Project Leader" (or assigns someone
to help them). It's great diving fun from then on!
Most of the reports have been completed and are ready for your viewing pleasure. Please click on "Project Reports 2011"
to learn more about the projects. As time passes, we will be adding
more pictures and content to each project report. Please check back to
the website to see what was added. If you have any questions concerning any project performed by the GLSPS, please click on "2011 Projects", find the project in interest on the schedule, then seek as to who the project leader was and contact him or her.
The GLSPS would like to thank all the Project Leaders for help in
planning their great projects, Captains / Boat Operators that operated
the R/V Preservation and divers from the GLSPS Membership for
volunteering their time to help on these great preservation and
documentation projects.
Unfortunately the projects are completed for this year but, if you are
interested and would like to join us on a project or two next year,
please check back to the this website in January for the new "2012
Project Schedule" If you are interested in any of the future projects,
please "REGISTER" ASAP to reserve your spot on the project.
If you have a great idea
for a preservation, documentation or stabilization project, please let
the GLSPS know. You can start by clicking on the Button link provided
to print out a form and send it to the GLSPS Board of Directors to
review.
