Jay Hanson from Superior Scuba Charters and North Shore Scenic Cruises has helped the GLSPS on many projects. Jay has many years of experience as a Captain, dive shop owner, dive instructor and commercial diver.

Jay has taken a different path for the past few years and his scuba charters are no longer available. However, in 2012, Jay purchased the Wenonah which was previously used to transport people from Grand Portage, MN to Isle Royale, MI. He now offers day cruises on the North Shore of Lake Superior and is docked at the Silver Bay, MN Marina.

You can obtain your copy of the Board Meeting Agenda by clicking on the Documents section of the GLSPS website. The Agenda should be available two days before the meeting. Please remember to log in as a member first! Please bring your ideas!!
GLSPS Board of Directors Monthly Meeting. 

Decembers Meeting is where all current officers of the GLSPS give up their seats to Elect and or Reelect Officers of, President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.  Please join us for this exciting meeting which is the last meeting of the year.

This year, the GLSPS Board of Directors will be at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Plymouth Minnesota.  We will be having a buffet dinner and adult beverages before the meeting. (Not paid for by the Society)!  Please arrive at or before 7:00 PM to indulge in a world famous buffet dinner at the hotel before the meeting.  The meeting will start at 7:30 PM sharp!  All members are invited. 

This is an opportunity to visit the hotel the UMSAT Show Committee is considering for a future venue for the show.
